Kashi Hummus Crisps have a great crunch and texture. I would say the texture is in between a potato chip and a rice cake. I enjoyed the texture of Kashi’s Hummus Crisps but the Sea Salt & Olive Oil didn’t really wow me. The flavor is fairly bland an uneventful. The flavor wasn’t gross or anything like that it just didn’t have anything going for it. I’m going to try and review the Caramelized Onion Hummus Crisps; hopefully the flavor will be more to my liking as I really want to lie Kashi’s Hummus Crisps.
