Triet IT Topic Schedule Template

Happy Thursday everyone! Welcome to this week’s edition of “Tried It Thursday”. I always find things on the internet that I want to try. Sometimes I actually do the project or idea. Often times I wonder if the directions were a lie and if I’m only destined for failure. In this blog I will show you things I found and if they can be done according to the directions. I’m sure I will fail from time to time but I hope to have more successes than failures.

Panko Bread Crumbs Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Tutorial WM

Frozen cheese sticks, or dare I even say restaurant cheese sticks will never taste the same once you make or try homemade Panko Bread Crumbs Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. Frozen cheese sticks and restaurant cheese sticks don’t even begin to compare to how good Panko Bread Crumbs Mozzarella Cheese Sticks are. I’m not exaggerating! They were so delicious my family banned me from ever buying frozen cheese sticks again.

You basically are making Panko Bread Crumbs Mozzarella Cheese Sticks like you would fry chicken. You cut the cheese sticks in half, roll them in flour, put them in an egg wash, and then roll them in Panko Bread Crumbs. Once coated you flash freeze them for 30 minutes. This prevents the cheese from melting too fast when you drop them in the oil. Preheat your oil to about 350 and place the frozen cheese sticks into the hot oil. They cook very quickly so don’t get distracted! Once they are golden brown place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil and to let them cool, but only slightly cool; you will want to enjoy them hot and fresh. I dipped mine in Taco Bell Fire & Hot dipping sauces. (Received free from BzzAgent)

Pro Tip: Don’t skip the flash freeze! Serve with Taco Bell Fire sauce for an extra kick.

I’m sure marinara sauce would be a suitable alternative!
