I’m not sold on Dr. Scholl’s For Her High Heel insoles. The adhesive might as well be nonexistent. I don’t know if I just got a bad pair of insoles but they would not adhere to my shoe. I tried more than one shoe to see if it was a texture thing but I had no success with any shoe material. I was not able to use these in high heels because there was no way it would stay put on a heel. The insole I received is for shoe sizes 6-10. I’m a size 10 so I was the maximum shoe size for this insole. It did not fit my foot. I could “make” it work by centering it on my arch but it didn’t align properly on my heel or the ball of my foot. This would work for people with smaller feet who want to permanently adhere the insole to the their shoe or use it in tennis shoes, but if you are going to use it in tennis shoes buy insoles specifically made for tennis shoes because it will offer more support.
