Last Week I told you 4 Easy Steps To Make Breakfast Cupcakes With Shredded Ham Eggs and Cheese. This week I’m going to show you an alternative method. Instead of shredding your ham take two slices of ham and use them like cupcake liners in the muffin tin.
Step One: Line the bottom of the muffin pan with two thin slices of ham.
Step Two: Scramble your eggs and pour them on top of the ham.
Step Three: Sprinkle your favorite cheese on top.
Step Four: Bake on 350 for about 30 minutes
If they are still jiggly like Jello after 30 minutes bake them another 5 minutes. Repeat until they are no longer jiggly.
Quick Tip: To spice them up use pepper jack cheese.
I preferred both the taste and presentation of this method but Miablo preferred her’s with shredded ham. You could easily make 6 of each to find out which version you prefer more.
