As a BzzAgent I was sent a free bottle of GARNIER FRUCTIS TRIPLE NUTRITION MIRACLE DRY OIL. I hope this blog will help inform you about this product and help you decide if it’s right for you.
Before my trial: I was rather skeptical of this “Miracle Dry Oil”. I believed it could work on the body but face and hair? You want me to intentionally put oil in my already naturally oily hair? Or on my naturally oily face? I decide to check out the product information on their website before my free trial arrived:
One miracle for hair, face, and body: Intensely nourishing, absorbs instantly, transforms in a touch for healthy-looking, shiny hair and soft, supple skin.
Fortified Fruit Science: 3 Nutritive Fruit Weightless Oils; Olive, Avocado, and Shea.
How do I use it? Hold bottle 6-8 inches away and spray on hair or skin. ON HAIR: Spray sparingly on damp hair to nourish and treat dry strands. Style as usual. Spray on dry hair for added shine. ON BODY SKIN: Spray and massage into skin. ON FACIAL SKIN: Spray into palm and then use sparingly with fingertips to massage into skin. Do not spray directly into face. AVOID SPRAYING IN EYES.
My multipurpose experience: For my body I decided to use this similarly to how I use Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Soothing Oil. I squirted the oil in to a bath 10 times while the water was running. I noticed the aroma immediately. It has a nice relaxing aroma that helped me enjoy my bath. I soaked in the bath just as I normally would.
I did soak my hair in the bath allowing the diluted oil to touch my hair. I also used the same bath water to rinse my face after I washed it; allowing the diluted oil to touch my face. After my bath I squirted the oil in my hands and applied to my dry patches of skin. I also squirted the oil in my hand and applied it to the ends of my hair. I did this three times. I then towel dried my hair and body.
After my trial : After using GARNIER FRUCTIS dry oil my skin felt noticeably soft and smooth. I could not feel any of the oil on my body. It felt very natural. I was concerned about my hair because while wet it felt weighed down and oily. But after it dried there was no oily residue. It was weightless, soft, smooth and silky. (Please ignore my need for hair dye and a haircut. I’m in the process of growing my hair out!)

Overall Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars (All expectations met. I would have been wowed with a slightly lower price point.)
Similar Products on the market: Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Soothing Oil. (MSRP $8.99) Palmer’s does not advertise that it can be used on your hair so for a $4 cheaper GARNIER FRUCTIS offers you a 3 in 1 while Palmer’s is only for dry itchy skin. I will be replacing Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Soothing Oil with GARNIER FRUCTIS TRIPLE NUTRITION MIRACLE DRY OIL.
